Chas. W. Hart came down from Minneapolis Sunday to spend the day with his mother and brother Harry.
Mrs. Josephine Horn and Miss Vivian Horn of Ladysmith, and Mrs. J.E. Henning of Eau Claire, were over the weekend visitors with Mrs. and Mrs. Arnold Matti.
Clarence Hardwick and family were up from Milwaukee to spend the weekend with the home folks.
Mrs. Brandstedter accompanied C.B. Fristad, wife and daughter of Eau Claire, to Madison last Saturday, where they were joined by Miss Zella Brandstedter of Chicago Hts., and Miss Fern Fristad, who is taking nurse’s training at Hammond, Ind. All stayed at a cottage near Oregon until Sunday afternoon, when they returned to their home.
Henry Rundle is digging dahlia bulbs and offers bulbs for sale by the dozen from the field, to any wishing them.
Frank Johnson and S.G. Patey of Neillsville were callers in town last Friday. Mr. Johnson owned several farms in the county in former years.
