Voigtlander, Judy Reese (Grant - 1962)
Mrs. Judy Reese Voigtlander, Spanish teacher in the Beaver Dam School system and a graduate of Neillsville High School, has been awarded an eight-week scholarship to attend a foreign language institute at the University of Wisconsin this summer.
The scholarship was received through the national defense education act, and includes tuition, books and a stipend for living expenses. Mrs. Voigtlander is the former Judy Reese of Neillsville, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Milo Reese.
Her husband, Clyde Voigtlander, also has been granted a research assistantship at the University of Wisconsin, starting May 1. He will be working toward his Master’s Degree.
Both Mr. and Mrs. Voigtlander are graduates of Wisconsin State College at Eau Claire.
