Mr. and Mrs. Harold Walker of Osseo were recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Pozega.
Mrs. Rose Musich and daughter, Evelyn, and Fred Martell returned from Hurley last week.
A Mother’s Day breakfast was served Sunday by the Holy Name Society at the West Side Hall in Willard. A very large crowd was in attendance. In the evening a dance was held in honor of mothers at the West Side Hall.
Pete Rodder recently attended the funeral of a granddaughter, who was killed in a car accident near Madison.
May crowning of the Blessed Virgin Mary was held last Sunday at the Holy Family Catholic Church at 8 p.m. High school students and eighth graders assembled in the hall. The procession started in the hall, thence to the church, where Miss Angie Horvat crowned the statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Consecration to Our Lady, Litany of the (missing lines)
