Lt. Col. A.V. Stallard and family of St. Paul, spent Sunday with his mother, Mrs. Bertha Stallard.
Walter Smith and family were weekend visitors with his folks at Blue Mounds.
J.E. Jerard of Belleville spent last week at the home of his sister, Mrs. W.E. Dimmitt.
Warner Selz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Selz, who was in training at Farragut Naval Training Station, Idaho, is now at sea in the Pacific as a first radio operator.
Raymond Martin is home from camp in California on a short furlough. He is ready for service as a repairman and part builder for the big bomber planes.
Everett Senske and family have moved to her father’s, A.L. Kirby farm in the Wilbur district.
Walt Bemis has been a hospital patient the past week for treatment.
Burton Winscher is a visitor with the home folks, first time for over a year. He is in the navy with the engineers on a cargo transport, and has visited New Zealand and several foreign ports, but says the States look the best of all places yet seen.
