Walter Winscher, who is employed in a Racine foundry, came up to attend the funeral of his uncle, George Galster, last Thursday, and spent the weekend with his father, Gottlieb Winscher.

 

Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Butman of Manwood, Minn., who were at Alma Center last Thursday to attend the funeral of her uncle, George Galster, spent a short time in this village with her cousin, Henry Boullion.  The cousins had not met in over forty years.  Mrs. Butman was a daughter of John Boullion and lived in Fairview vicinity when a girl.

 

Mrs. E. E. Dickie from Fairchild and Mrs. Perl Pickett were out to see Mrs. Eva Baumgartner at the Ed Mashin home Friday.

 

Mrs. Wm. Bone of Evansville spent last Thursday at the home of her mother, Mrs. Norman Hart, and brother, Harry Hart.  She returned Friday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Ringrose spent part of last week in Chicago and Janesville, and expect to leave for home soon.

 

Mrs. Clara Thompson of Portland, Ore., is visiting her sister, Mrs. W.C. Flood.  Mrs. Thompson, Mrs. Flood, and Mrs. Olson spent Wednesday with relatives at Black River Falls.
