Romosh, Jennie (18 October 1881 - 24 June 1962)

Mrs. Jennie Romosh, age 80, of Willard died suddenly last Sunday evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Joe Plautz, of Willard. The funeral was to be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Willard. She will be buried in the National Cemetery in Willard.  Officiating will be Reverence Mirko Sylvester.  She was born October 18, 1881, in Yugoslavia.  Her maiden name was Jennie Dolence.

She was married September 20, 1902, at Rock Springs, Wyo., to Matt Romosh. She came to the United States 60 years ago from Yugoslavia to Rock Springs.  They came to Willard April 18, 1912. After the death of her husband, she lived with her son Frank, in Willard until he died June 18, 1954, and since then she has resided with the Plautz family.

Surviving are three daughters: Mrs. Joe (Mary) Plautz, Mrs. John (Jennie) Betz, Mrs. Frank (Frances) Luzovec, all of Willard.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a son Frank and two brothers, Tony and John Dolence.
