Sherwood (28 June 1962)

Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Popenhagen and family of Illinois visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Pederson, over the weekend.  Mr. and Mrs. Pederson also entertained Carl Steinke.

Mr. and Mrs. Francis Jacobson, Roy Lawrence and Mrs. Roy Chase returned from a week’s visit in Buffalo, Wyo., with the Jacobson’s daughter, Mrs. Jack Snedaker and family.  Cinthyia Rose Snedaker returned with her grandparents to spend the summer.  While on their trip they visited the Custer battlefield in Montana and the Black Hills.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Jacobson visited a week with their children in Rockford, Ill.

Mrs. Russell Jacobson returned home Sunday from a visit with her mother in Rockford, Ill.

Mrs. Chester Freedlund and children are visiting relatives in Rockford since Thursday.  Harry Jacobson rode down with her.

Mr. and Mrs. Glenndale Messing of Wisconsin Rapids called on the Bert Todds Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Schafer and son of Rockford spent the weekend at Arvil Schafer’s.  Neda Schafer came home after a weeks visit with them. Arvil Schafer rode back to Rockford after a two weeks vacation.
