Mr. and Mrs. A.P. Sample moved from Neillsville last Saturday to the residence rooms over the bank.  The rooms have been redecorated and remodeled into a modern apartment.

 

Mrs. Jos. Trader, who has been spending some time here with Mrs. Anna Putman, returned to her home near Chippewa Falls Tuesday.  Mrs. Putman accompanied here, and will remain for part of the winter.

 

A.L. Kirby and wife were county seat visitors one day the first of the week.

 

Geo. Hoke was down from Fairchild Tuesday forenoon on a business trip.

 

Mrs. M. Kretschmer, who is afflicted with a nervous breakdown, is receiving treatments at the Krohn Hospital.

 

The death occurred on Dec. 6th, of Mrs. Albert Kurtzweg of the town of Levis, at the age of 72 years.  She was the mother of Mrs. Ruth Hart Andrews, now of Seward, Alaska.  Mrs. Andrews was home a month ago, called by her mother’s last illness.

 

Clarence Zimmerman and wife were at Neillsville Monday afternoon.

 

Mrs. Louis Dunn, who has been confined to her bed for several weeks past, was taken to the hospital at Black River Falls last Saturday for care.  Her condition is reported quite serious
