Eisentraut, Pvt. David C. (Military Notes - 1962)
Pvt. David C. Eisentraut, USMC son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl W. Eisentraut of Rt. 1, Neillsville, completed recruit training, July 18, at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, Calif. His rigorous training course included discipline, military drill, bayonet training, physical conditioning, basic military law, ceremonies and other basic military subjects. Three weeks were spent on the rifle range, where he fired the M-14 rifle and was instructed in the use of other basic infantry weapons.
