Sarah Timm, Portage, and Jacob Ploeckelman, Dorchester, are engaged to be married. She is the daughter of Daniel and Amy Timm, Plover. He is the son of Jim and Cheryl Ploeckelman, Dorchester.
Sarah is a 2001 graduate of Stevens Point Area Senior High School and a 2004 graduate of UW-Stevens Point. She is currently employed as a Spanish teacher with the Portage Community School District.
Jacob is a 2001 graduate of Colby High School and a 2003 graduate of Med-State Technical College, Marshfield. He is currently employee by the Ploeckelman Family Farm.
A September 10, 2011 wedding is being planned.
