Terrell, Orren (? - 18 MAY 1945)

Orren Terrell, last survivor of the family of six sons and two daughters of the family of George and Frances (Sperry) Terrell, pioneer residents of northern Jackson County, died at his home in Alma Center last Friday, May 18^th, 1945.  He survived his sister, Mrs. Louis Dunn, by only one week.  Mr. Terrell suffered a stroke on Monday, the day following the burial of his sister, and in another attack on Friday he passed away.  Funeral services were held at Alma Center Monday afternoon, and were attended by the relatives and many old neighbors from this vicinity.  Burial was in the cemetery at Hixton.
