Greenwood Area (23 August 1962)

Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Stewart attended a reunion of the Looker family Sunday at Eau Claire Lake.

Mrs. Gordon Brown and children, Sharon and Rodney, returning to Bergland, Mich., Saturday after spending two weeks with her sister, Mrs. Eugene Sowieja and family, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Vesel.

Mr. and Mrs. I. J. Koschak and daughter, Mary Jo, visited in Wausau Sunday with their daughter, Frances.

Cindy and Darl Blunck of Richland Center spent several days at the Arvin Liebzeit home and will spend a week with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Noah, their mother, Mrs. Robert Blunck, and sister, Elise.

Mr. and Mrs. John Zupancic spent Wednesday at Minocqua with former residents of this area, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Meyer and Mr. and Mrs. Perko.

Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Meinholdt and daughter, Ida Gene, and nieces, Arlene and Susan Michalski, and Snag Meinholdt spent the weekend at Barneveld at the home of Mr. and Mr. Clarence Lenherr.

Saturday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Severson were Mr. and Mrs. Ernst Molle and son, Melford, of Unity.  Melford left Sunday for San Diego, Calif., after spending a three-week leave at Unity and with relatives in the area.  Other visitors were Mr. and Mrs. James Carney and daughter, Linda, of Chicago; show spent a week with his aunt, Mrs. Elnor Plank, and with relatives in Neillsville. 

Mr. and Mrs. William Kuester and daughter, Loretta, spent from Tuesday until Friday evening at their cottage at Rock Dam.  Visitors there were Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Kuester, Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Dill and family of Milwaukee and his mother, Mrs. Lydia Dill.
