Hainz, Marjorie (Marriage - 15 September 1962)

Nuptial vows were exchanged Saturday in St. Mary’s Catholic Church at Neillsville, uniting in marriage Miss Marjorie Hainz, 6107 7th Ave. Kenosha and Conrad J. Becker, 1748 Sheridan Rd. Kenosha.  The Rev. Fr. Bernard T. Kelly performed the ceremony.  The Children’s choir sang the nuptial songs.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, was attired in a floor length gown of silk organza.  The full, bouffant skirt had a soft bustle-draped back that ended in a chapel train. The fitted bodice was enhanced by a scoop neckline and long, tapered sleeves.  A four-tiered, short bouffant veil was attached to a double pearl and crystal crown. She carried a white cascade bouquet of spider mums in a fall arrangement.

Miss Jean Hainz of Eau Claire was her sister’s maid of honor.  Bridesmaids were Mrs. Cairjean Kauth and Mrs. Yvonne Gies.  They were attired in turquoise sheath gowns with round necklines and short sleeves. Their headpieces were double petal crowns, trimmed with pearls from which their face veils fell.

The groom was attended by Donald Becker of Loyal, and his groomsmen were LeRoy Kauth, James Gies and Ronald Hirsch.  Ushers were Larry Hainz and Arnold Becker.

The bride is a graduate of St. Joseph’s School of Nursing and is employed in a Kenosha hospital.  Mr. Becker’s an employee of the American Motors Corporation in Kenosha, where they will reside.
