Gloria Ciokiewicz, Harry Kubera Wed

St. Hedwig’s  Chapel was the setting for the marriage of Gloria E. Ciokiewicz and Harry F. Kubera, March 1. The Rev. William Matzek performed the 1:30 p.m. ceremony.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ciokiewicz, Thorp, was attended by Miss Barbara Bourget, Boyd, maid of honor.

The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Kubera, Thorp, was attended by Glen Vetterkind, Thorp, best man. Robert and Donald Rogalski seated guests.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Thorp Legion Hall. The couple will be at home in Wausau.
