Pine View P.T.A. (New Officers - 1962)
Royale Kunshier was elected president of the Pine View Parent Teachers Association last Thursday night. He succeeds Louis Zschernitz; Charles Marek, Jr., was elected vice president; Mrs. Jerry Koranda, secretary; Mrs. Frank Zank, treasurer.
Plans were made to raise money through a card party, food sale or supper. Members are now included from the former Silver Crest district of Pine Valley, western Washburn, Levis and Dewhurst.
The new president moved recently with his family from Toledo, O., onto the former Robert Sebesta farm. The Kunshiers have eight children, five in school. A daughter, Deana, is employed in Toledo, O., and a son, Loyal, has just been home on a furlough from his duties with the Coast Guard. He left last weekend for duties in the Japanese area.
