Royal Neighbors Notice - Camp meets next Wednesday, June 5 with Mrs. Dunlap.
Mr. and Mrs. Art Putman of Eau Claire spent Sunday at the home of his mother, Mrs. Anna Putman.
Mr. and Mrs. E.W. Schumacher of Woodruff were visitors in town a short time one day the last of the week. They were on the way to Eau Claire to visit her brother and family.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ray and their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Jerue, and baby of La Crosse, spent from Tuesday until Friday of last week with relatives and friends in this vicinity.
Seaman Merle Burchell landed in New York on Mother’s Day and is expected home soon. Pfc. Ralph Wittren arrived by plane on the west coast from Hawaii, and expects to be discharge at McCoy in two weeks.
Mr. and Mrs. L.J. Laffe, daughter Joyce, and son Sheldon, came from New London to spend Memorial Day, and visit their relatives here and at Fairchild.
Mr. and Mrs. A.L. Kirby have been in eau Claire frequently of late on account of his mother’s illness at the hospital.
