Mr. and Mrs. A.R. Rosolack were dinner guests and spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Duerkop at Fairchild.  Other guests Sunday at the Duerkop home were Louis Haunschild and grandson, Dennis Neuenfeldt, of Greenwood, and Mr. and Mrs. Harland Haunschild and family of Loyal.

Ira Sherwin and Harry Iffland expect to leave between now and August 1st for the far west, where they fields are laden with the sheaves of ripening grain.  Mr. Iffland expects to help garner some of the immense crop for the help of the famine sufferers.  Mr. Sherwin will visit his brother at Beach, N.D., his sister near Great Falls, and sister-in-law, Mrs. E.O. Leonard at Loma, Mont.  He may decide to remain for several months in the west.
