Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Hefty announce the marriage of their youngest daughter, Sylvia, to Machinist Mate 2C, Glenn R. Jones, son of Mr. and Mrs. R.G. Jones of San Jose, Calif. The wedding took place in Elkton, Maryland, on July 26th, 1946. The couple spent their honeymoon in Wisconsin, and while they were here a family gathering was held at Lake Eau Claire in their honor. They have returned to Philadelphia, where the groom is stationed and they plan to reside temporarily.
