Green, Robert (Injury - 8 JUL 1947)
A serious accident happened to Robert, eight-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Green, early Tuesday morning as he was riding his bicycle home after an errand to the store for his mother. The lad was struck on the crosswalk between A.L. Kirby’s and Harry Hart’s residence by the Edlen Cranberry Co.’s truck. The boy, hurrying home, apparently did not see the truck, which was running slowly and was stopped in twenty feet from the crossing. Robert was taken to the Krohn Hospital, with a probably skull fracture.
