Wiesner, Louis Fred (3 January 1895 - 22 December 1962)
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon from the Bergemann Funeral Home for Louis Wiesner, 67, of Neillsville, who died Saturday evening following a heart attack. The Rev. Lloyd Mauer officiated. Burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery. Mr. Wiesner suffered the attack at the entrance to the Farmers Store.
Louis Fred Wiesner, son of the late Charles and Bertha (Gerber) Wiesner, was born January 3, 1895, in the Town of Lynn. He attended the Town of Lynn School and on June 26, 1918, he was married to the former Violet Yankee in Granton. They farmed in the Town of Lynn, and in 1926 he began the operation of a blacksmith shop in Lynn.
In 1936 the Wiesner family moved to Neillsville, where Mr. Wiesner was engaged in carpenter work.
He is survived by his wife and two sisters, Mrs. Laura Keuer of Granton and Mrs. Otillia Gamache of Oshkosh.
