Lynn (28 January 1910)

 

Little Crague Montag has been quire sick for several days.

 

Max Opelt transacted business at Marshfield Monday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Dopp and little daughter Leiliah were guests of Mr. and Mrs. R. T. Washburn Sunday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. P. Gaden and daughter Clara and a young man whose name we did not learn were callers at J. Martin’s Sunday.

 

A large number from here attended the temperance lecture at Granton last week.

 

Misses Laura and Elsie Neitzel entertained the Busy Bee Embroidery club Saturday p.m.

 

Miss Elsie Grassman left on Monday for Clifton for an indefinite visit with her grandma Grassman.

 

Mrs. Max Opelt entertained a large crowd at the Carnation Club meeting Wednesday.

 

Mrs. A. Hankey and Laura Neitzel visited Mrs. Ed Riedel at Mapleworks corners Thursday of last week.

 

O. W. Becker wishes to announce the annual meeting of the patrons of the Enterprise Creamery will be held at the Lynn town hall Saturday evening, January 29th, at 8 o’clock p.m.

 

Strayed: a two-year old heifer left my farm about 2 weeks before Christmas.  Is red and has a white star on its head.  Any information as to its whereabouts will be gladly received by Albert Sternitzky.
