Freeman, Earl (? - 7 APR 1948)

Very few living here (Humbird, Clark Co., Wis.) at present remember the Ed Freeman family, who left for Altoona in 1886, after conducting a general store for a number of years.  Their only son, Earl, died suddenly in Centralia, Wash., where his aged father resides, on April 7th.  The information came through a letter to Friends from Will N. Wells, who lives with a daughter near Dousman.  Earl Freeman was assistant general freight agent for the Northern Pacific Railway.  Burial was in Tacoma.
