NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION
State of Wisconsin, County Court for Clark County - In Probate.
In Re Estate of Charley B. Brady, Deceased.
Notice Is Herby Given: That at a Special Term of the County Court to be held in and for said County at the Court House in the City of Neillsville: in said County, on the 4th Tuesday, (being the 22nd day) of September A. D. 1931, at ten o’clock A. M. the following matter will be heard and considered;
The application of Stella A. Brady, for the appointment of Stella A. Brady of the Town of Mayville as administratrix of the estate of Charles B. Brady, whose last residence was the Town of Mayville, in said County, deceased;
Notice Is Herby Further Given: That at the Special Term of said Court to be held at said Court House on the 5th Tuesday (being the 29th day) of December A. D. 1931, there will be heard, considered and adjusted, all claims against said Charley B. Brady deceased;
And Notice Is Herby Further Given: That all such claims for examination and allowance must be presented to said County Court at the Court House, in the City of Neillsville, in said County and State, on or before the 28th of December, A. D. 1931, or be barred.
