Lawrence Zilke of Juneau visited at the home of Jim Roberts Sunday.

 

Franklin Matthias went to Elroy Wednesday to spend a few days with friends. 

 

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Morgan of Unity, visited Sunday at the R. H. Morgan home.

 

Mr. and Mrs. J. Johnson and family were callers in Abbotsford Tuesday evening. 

 

A. W. Zasoba is spending a few weeks at the home of his brother John at Withee.

 

The Helping Hand Society will meet with Mrs. Albert Kuehling Friday August 28th

 

R. S. Green and Otto Bublitz visited at the Harold Hansen home at Fifield Sunday afternoon. 

 

Mr. and Mrs. B. B. Green visited Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. L. Neitzel at Abbotsford. 

 

Mr. and Mrs. Grant Herrick and family attended the American Legion Convention at Chippewa Falls Tuesday. 

 

Mr. and Mrs. Herman Sannes of Ladysmith are visiting this week at the home of Mrs. Sanness’ father, Matt Hansen.

 

Mrs. L. Neitzel of Abbotsford and Mrs. and Mrs. B. Green visited Monday afternoon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Hawks. 

 

Arnold Jakel who is attending school in Milwaukee, arrived Saturday for a two weeks vacation at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Jakel. 

 

Ralph Green was a business visitor in Abbotsford Wednesday.

 

Dr. and Mrs. J. E. Simpson, son John and daughter Dorothy of Sturgeon Bay, visited over the week end in the Frank Matthias home. 

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Koerner spent several days last week with relatives at Chilton where they were called to attend the funeral of an aunt of Mrs. Koerner’s.
