Klug, Minnie (30 JUNE 1889-30 SEPTEMBER 1956)
Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Klug, 67, Milwaukee, a former Clark county resident who died Sunday at a Milwaukee hospital, were held at the Georgas Funeral Home, Neillsville, at 2 p.m. Wed. The Rev. Jacob Grether, pastor of the Neillsville Indian School, officiated. Burial was made in Pine Grove cemetery at Loyal.
The former Minnie Senglaub was born June 30, 1889, at Cascade and educated at Random Lake, where she taught sewing until her marriage there in November 0f 1910 to William Klug. The couple operated a farm in the Random Lake area until the death of Mr. Klug in 1949. Mrs. Klug made her home in Milwaukee the past three years. She was in ill health the past year and a half.
She is survived by five sons, Merlin, Cambria; Gerald, Wausau; Wilmer, Delmer and Earl, Milwaukee; and a daughter, Mrs. Ezra (Julia) Poirer, Neillsville; one brother, Oswald Senglaub, Milwaukee; 16 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, as well as by her husband.
Mrs. Klug was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church at Loyal.
