Mr. Fenton, the stage driver had a run-a-way one morning last week. He left his team standing to drive a colt back and the team started to run. No damage was done, but a can of cream was spilt.
The frogs here are singing their cheerful songs. Are they singing in Wisconsin?
A few friends gathered at the home of Geo. Drake’s one night last week. Earl entertained them by playing the phonograph.
Washington is the place to live. Here the robins sing the year round.
What is the matter with Heathville? He must be dead.
Rhodney Simmon’s team ran away one day this week while engaged in hauling wood for Fred Morgan. Walter Drake caught the horses. No damage was done except that the wood had to be loaded again.
Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Drake are rejoicing over their baby girl which was born to them March 2nd.
