Jas. A. Vance, proprietor of the Fairchild Food Locker, was a business caller in town Monday.

A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Moos of Champaign, Ill., Monday, Dec. 6.  The name is Cheryl Lee.

Mr. and Mrs. W.F. Hein and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Zerbel attended the funeral service of Roy A. Creviston at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Eau Claire Tuesday afternoon.

Howard Crume and family and his son Howard and wife, of Viroqua, spent last Sunday at the W.F. Hein home.  They were accompanied by Simon Crume, also of Viroqua, who visited his sister, Mrs. Rhoda Phillips.

Mrs. Geo. Iffland of Fairchild has been a patient at the Krohn Hospital for the past two weeks receiving treatments.  Mr. and Mrs. Harry Iffland and Mrs. Len Laffe have been at Fairchild keeping house for their father during Mrs. Iffland’s illness.
