Williams & Wonser shipped a car of stock to Chicago last week.

 

Max Opelt and father transacted business at Neillsville the latter part of last week.

 

Miss Martha Neitschkey was a caller in Neillsville Tuesday.

 

Henry Riedel brought over a load of flour from Neillsville for T.F. Feldmeier on Monday.

 

E.F. Brooks had his threshing done last week.  The whole total of grains was 2300 bushels.

 

P. Gaden and daughter Clara attended church in Neillsville Sunday morning.

 

Mrs. Yankee and children of Ashland are the guests of Henry Sternitzky and family.

 

Mrs. S.G. Hornbeck and daughter Beulah of Granton were calling on Lynn friends last Friday.

 

Thermo Luethe and his mother drove over Tuesday.  While Thermo transacted business, Mrs. Luethe called on Mrs. P. Gaden.

 

Ferdinand Helm drove to Neillsville Tuesday with a load of lumber to be surfaced, returning the same day.

 

Albert Sholtz was called to Mather last week to relieve the station agent of that place for an indefinite time.

 

Those who transacted business at Neillsville last week were Mr. and Mrs. R.T. Washburn, T.F. Feldmeier, H. Marg and Walter Sternitzky.

 

Vera and Hattie Beeckler visited with their aunt, Mrs. H.B. Holmes, last week.

 

Mrs. P. Tilton passed through here on her way to Lindsey.  She called on Mrs. G.R. Brooks for a short time.

 

Miss Etta Altenburg is sewing for Mrs. P. Gaden this week.

 

Max Opelt will give his last picnic and dance the 17th of this month.

 

Miss Inez Holmes commenced her fall term of school in district No. 4 last Monday.

 

Raymond Brooks went to Marshfield to go to high school, last Monday.

 

The Misses Elsie and Hazel Brooks and Ernest Montag went to Marshfield Monday.

 

Mrs. Chas. Brooks of Granton and daughter Hazel were visiting at Mrs. Geo. Brooks this week.

 

Zillie Mart of Neillsville visited her cousin Clara Gaden last week.

 

Those from here who attended the dance at Granton Saturday night were Antone Hogenson, Richard Gutter, Ed Riedel, Mattie Hankey.

 

Mrs. John Martin entertained Mr. and Mrs. P. Gaden and family for supper Sunday.

 

Ray Ure left Monday for Valley Jct., where he will visit his friend Harry Bowker.

 

Mr. and Mrs. D. St. Germain of Nevins visited with Mrs. M. St. Germain Saturday, also Mr. Miller of the same place. 

 

Mr. Henry Sternitzky, accompanied by daughter Helen and their guest Mrs. Yankee and children of Ashland, drove to Neillsville Wednesday.

 

Ed Sternitzky is busy superintending a crew of men loading heading to be shipped.
