Jill Schmidt and Nathaniel Meyer, Wauwatosa, announce their engagement.
Jill is the daughter of James and Donna Schmidt, Colby. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in physics and mathematics from St. Norbert College in 2004 and a PhD in mechanical engineering from UW-Madison in 2009. She is currently employed as a faculty member at UW-Milwaukee.
Nathaniel is the son of Claudia Meyer, Milwaukee, and Valery Meyer, Milwaukee. He is a graduate of Marquette High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in physics and geology from St. Norbert College in 2004. He is currently pursing a Bachelor of Science degree in software engineering at Milwaukee School of Engineering. He is currently employed at UW-Milwaukee.
A wedding is being planned for July 23, 2011, in De Pere.
