Jerry Dougherty went to Glendive, Montana, to take up a homestead.
Austin Toptine sold his house and land to John Breese. The latter moved his household goods over last week. They are now cozily settled in their new home.
The Misses Dollie Pierrelee and Freda Garbisch spent Thursday at Neillsville between trains.
Mr. and Mrs. John Robinson visited friends at Greenwood Thursday and Friday.
Warren McClaflin is busy erecting a basement for a new house which he is going to put up this summer.
Fred Schlinsog spent Sunday with his folks at home.
Mr. and Mrs. John Dietrich and Charley Dietrich were over here Sunday visiting at Strey’s.
Herman Schlinsog went over to Loyal Monday on business.
Miss Lillian Yorkston who was staying at Garbisch’s for a long time returned home early last week. We are informed she has secured a job as stenographer at Neillsville where she will commence on Thursday.
