Kurth (27 May 1910)

 

The Cash Hardware man came out from Neillsville last week Thursday and gave Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Riedel a ride in his automobile.  Fred thinks seriously of buying a machine, but it as yet undecided as to what make.

 

Emma Kelpin returned to Altoona last week.

 

Mrs. Geo. Wilding and daughter drove to Granton Monday.

 

Ernest Ayers made a business trip to Granton Monday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ben Dudei and family drove out to Lynn Tuesday evening to attend the celebration of their daughter, Mrs. John Goebel’s wooden (?) wedding.

 

Henry Garbisch spent several days this week assisting his brother, Robert with his work.  Robert intends to build a fine new dwelling house this summer and will begin work on the cellar next week.

 

Scott Davis bought Gust Schoengarth’s farm and not Wm. King’s as reported by North Grant last week.  Consideration $2,300

 

Fred Kier is hauling fertilizer from the Gust Schoengarth farm.

 

May basket hangers have been making things lively lately!
