Albert Sholtz left for Babcock last week, where he will practice telegraphy for a while.

 

Mrs. Henry Marg and Mrs. Montage visited with the Lautenbach family last week Wed.

 

P. Gaden’s are having the interior of their house repapered and painted.

 

E.F. Brooks took a load of grain to Marshfield last Thursday.

 

Raymond Brooks came home to spend Sunday, returning to Marshfield Monday.

 

Harry Eide of Nasonville was a business caller here this week.

 

C. Tarbox of Babcock passed through here on his way to visit relatives at Cedarhurst.

 

Mrs. Max Opelt is improving fast.  We hope for a speedy recovery.

 

J. Temmeling took a loard of sheep to Granton for Geo. Brooks, Friday.

 

Miss Emma Moths is reported on the sick list.

 

Miss Bessie Sparks and Mrs. John Sparks of Sherwood visited at Mrs. St. Germain’s Sat.

 

Mrs. D. Brooks of Cedarhurst visited at the E.F. Brooks home the latter part of last week.

 

B. Stubbs is building a large barn on his place.

 

Miss Elsie Brooks visited friends at Nevins Friday.

 

Mrs. E.A. Beeckler of Granton was calling on Mrs. Max Opelt late last week.

 

Mrs. Chas. Bass gave a quilting party to a large number of friends Tuesday of this week.
