Colleen was born Feb. 21, 1950, in
Marshfield, to L.G. and Leila Anderson of Loyal. She grew up and
attended Loyal Public School.
She married Terry E. Heck on Dec.
10, 1966, and they later divorced. She married Emil Looker in 1985.
He passed away. Colleen was married on Feb. 13, 1988, to Ron
Anderson. He passed away in 2009.
Colleen worked at the Clark County
Health Care Center for many years and when her second husband
became ill and passed away she carried on with the video rental
business and small grocery known as Colleen's Videos and Trading
Post. Ron and Colleen ran this business until June of 1999. Colleen
then worked at Food Pride and More Movies in Colby and then at
Kramer's County Market until she became sick and was forced her to
quit in 2004.
Surviving Colleen are her children,
Jim (Sue) Heck of Greenwood, Terry (Anne) Heck of Elkhon, Mike
(Sue) Heck of Abbotsford, and Lorie (Renee) Filla of Neillsville; a
step-daughter, Debbie Peterson of Unity; 13 grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren.
She is further survived by four
sisters, Wendy (Larry) Markow of Janesville, Christine Huskelhus of
Browntown, Wis., Letha Anderson of Loyal and Amy (Thomas) Mouldon
of Kyle, Texas; her in-laws, Harvey and Velda Anderson of Withee,
Janice and Allen Arndt of Withee, Bill and April Anderson of

Owen who was like a sister and was there around the clock if
needed. And last but not least, her two companions that she had to
find homes for being unable to care for them any longer, her
Chihuahua, Tinker, and cat, Blacky. They were very much missed in
her life. Colleen loved playing cards and bingo, working in her
flowers outside, most of all she loved her grandchildren and
great-grandchildren.
Colleen was preceded in death by her
husbands; parents, L.G. and Leila Anderson of Loyal; a
granddaughter, Tapanga Sue Heck of Abbotsford; and one sister, Lola
