Blazel, Bruce A. (30 AUG 1976 - 14 AUG 2011)

Bruce A. Blazel, 34, of Dorchester, passed away Sunday, Aug. 14, 2011, as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 19, 2011, at Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Abbotsford. Father Timothy Oudenhoven will officiate. Burial will be in the Dorchester Memorial Cemetery. 

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Maurina-Schilling Funeral in Abbotsford; and on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.

Bruce was born Aug. 30, 1976, to Alvin and Donna (Brunner) Blazel in Dorchester. He attended Dorchester Elementary School and Colby High School. He owned and operated Bruce's Auto in the town of Holton. He had a love for classic muscle cars, guns, hunting, fishing, camping, boating and his dog Fynix. 

Bruce enjoyed working on cars and spending time with his family and friends. He was always on the lookout for the next best deal, and enjoyed going to car auctions. Bruce thrived on repairing things without a book. 

He will be sadly and deeply missed by many friends and family. 

Bruce is lovingly survived by his father, Alvin Blazel of Dorchester; and brother, Eric Blazel of Dorchester

Bruce was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Jean Blazel; and grandparents.

The Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
