Israel Fulwiler made a business trip to Marshfield last Thursday.
Rev. J.T. Bryan will hold communion services in the M.E. Church next Sunday.
H.L. Snyder has moved to Neillsville to reside.
Miss Effie Rowe and her brother Ralph came up from Neillsville last Saturday for a visit over Sunday with their grandmother, Mrs. Lois Smithers.
Ray and Roy Campbell visited at Humbird last Saturday and Sunday.
Wm. Rowe is finishing up his stable in the basement of his new barn. The nights are getting pretty wintery for cattle to lay out.
Miss Mildred Thoreson closed school last Friday in district No. 3 for a two week vacation before the winter term begins.
John Wiernszowski left Sunday for the wood. He went in for the Connor Co.
Earl Garvin is in the employ of J.F. Mortimer.
Mrs. Flint of Granton was a visitor here the past week.
A.P. Fulwiler has hired his engine to W.H. Rowe, who is shredding corn for himself and some of his neighbors.
A.W. Hales has purchased a 6 ½ horse power gasoline engine.
