Jenks, Arthur #3 (1881 - 14 FEB 1919)
Arthur Jenks of Loyal, owner of a cheese factory at that place, was instantly killed last Friday morning and Thomas Vogel, a cheesemaker, was dangerously injured, when the factory boiler exploded. Vogel was brought to St. Joseph's hospital at Marshfield for treatment where he died shortly after. The boiler went through the roof of the building and landed on a barn 400 feet away. The factory which was among the largest in this section of the country, is a total wreck.
