Heathville (30 September 1910)
Wm. Reisner of Sauerkraut City was a Granton caller last Tuesday.
Miss Fronie Schuster is working for Mrs. Wegner at Granton.
Walter Schmidt of Lynn visited with John Madler and Charley Schuster last Sunday.
Anton Hogenson of Chili has still one pig left. He calls that one Foolish Frank. You can get him for a song.
Arthur Eibergen is looking for the North Pole.
If Editor Baer tells you he knows the difference between a rooster and a hen, call him a liar and poke his face.
Reports have it that John Henning will buy an auto in the near future.
Paul and Billy Bealer came home from the west last Tuesday.
Before very long we’ll have another California fish story. Howard Beaty and Bill Smith will improve our thoughts to some extent. One grin of Howard’s face is worth its weight in gold.
