Bring your potatoes to Degener this week; he will pay you the highest market price.
Aug. Henning arrived this week from the west to visit here for a while.
Geo. Drake came back from Washington to take in the hunting season.
Bernhard Drescher made a business trip to Neillsville Wednesday morning.
The two Thomas boys arrived Wed. morning to stay during the fall and winter.
Dick Mundt bought the medicine wagon of John Hutt and will go into business as soon as he has his sale over and everything arranged.
Mrs. John Hutt left Tuesday morning instead of a week ago. She had a sick spell, but finally got over that.
For a full line of stoves and ranges see H. Degener. The time is coming to look after those things.
John Schafer is painting Jake Henning’s saloon building the finishing coat.
Mrs. Hirth from Marshfield visited with Behringer’s and Sampe’s between trains Wednesday.
Louis Reichert and Mrs. Reichert from Maple Works arrived home Tuesday morning on the limited. Mrs. Reichert left for Granton the same afternoon.
