Mrs. A. Voight and daughter spent Thursday afternoon with Mrs. A. Halbrader.
Mr. and Mrs. C. Christopherson and sons, Oscar and Joe, called at O. Olson’s Thursday eve.
Mr. and Mrs. O. Pritchett entertained at dinner Wednesday eve in honor of Mr. and Mrs. O. Olson and nephew of Chicago.
A. Halbrader and wife entertained the following families the afternoon of the 4th: W. Humboldt and family, George Halbrader and family, A. Manthy and family, Ora Pritchett and family, Herman Berthold and family, O. Olson and wife and Ralph Nordstrom.
Mr. and Mrs. E. Poppe, Mr. and Mrs. E. Prock, Mayor and Mrs. Seif, C. Seif and wife of Neillsville, Mr. and Mrs. Jacklin and Mr. and Mrs. O. Olson were the guests of John Seif and wife Saturday eve.
Among the out of town folks that attended the Tioga 4th celebration were Maggie Bedell of Bartlett, Ill., Joe Christopherson and Will Greske of Beloit, Cecil Snite, O. Olson and wife, R. Nordstrom of Chicago, the Misses Lindquest of Thorp, Miss N. Free of Madison.
O. Olson and wife and nephew left for Chicago Monday where they will join Miss Grace Hotzfield. Miss Hotzfield will enter one of the Chicago Conservatory’s in September, where she intends to take up music and elocution.
