Notice is hereby given that the 1^st Annual Meeting of the Lynn Mutual Tornado, Cyclone and Hurricane Insurance Co. will be held at the Court House in the City of Neillsville on Wednesday, Jan. 3^rd, 1906.  The Board of Directors will meet at 10 o’clock in the forenoon and at 1 o’clock p.m. sharp, the annual meeting will be called to order for the purpose of electing 9 directors in place of B.F. Frasier, H. Sternitzky, Geo. A. Ure, Ernest Sternitzky, S.E. Hutchings, Wm. Schlinsog, John Ure, P.N. Christenson and A.F. Dankemeyer, whose terms expire Jan. 3, 1906.  Three directors will be elected for 1 year, three for 2 years, and three for 3 years; and for transaction of such other business as may come before such meeting.  Dated Dec. 15, 1905; B.
