Chas. Chapel came home from Minneapolis Sunday.

Phillip Hales was home from Augusta to spend Christmas.

Wm. Vande Berg had an abscess lanced on the index finger of his right hand last Monday.

Horace Vande Berg returned home Monday from a short visit at Baldwin.

Miss Bertha Winn is home for the holidays.

Guy Campbell, who spent the past three weeks here with relatives, returned to his home at Humbird last Saturday.

V.E. Rowe left Tuesday night for Park Falls to work in the woods.

Mr. and Mrs. Moses Page were down from Owen to spend Christmas with Mrs. Page’s parents.

Orin Lawrence came down from Hannibal Saturday.  He returned again Wednesday.

Frank Rogers and Earl Campbell were home from the woods for Christmas, the former to see his wife and the latter to see his best girl.

George Schacht and family of West Bend came Saturday to spend Christmas with Frank Potter and family.

Wm. Lawrence, accompanied by his daughter Naomi and sister Olive, left Saturday for a short visit with relatives in Sheboygan County.

George and Mrs. Mary Fulwiler were callers at Neillsville last Wednesday.

Chas. Crawford of Hilbert joined his wife here last week and together they left again to spend Christmas with their daughter at Unity.

G.W. Fulwiler and family of Marshfield spent Christmas here with relatives.

Earl Lawrence accompanied his brother to Hannibal last Wednesday.  He expects to work in the woods.

John Lauermann and wife came up from Washington County last Saturday and spent Christmas with Israel Fulwiler and family.

A large crowd was present at the Christmas tree here Monday night.  A short program was rendered, after which Santa Claus made his appearance and the children were made glad by the many presents they received.
