Helen (McKinstry) Otis, 91, Chicago, Ill., died on Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2011. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., on Saturday, Sept.10, at Greenwood City Cemetery.
Helen was born on April 4, 1920, in Mitchell, Neb. She later moved to Creston, Iowa, and a short time to Greenwood before moving to Chicago.
Survivors include three daughters, Betty (Dale) Jolivette, Greenwood, Marie (Paul) Baker, Baraboo, and Patricia Otis, Chicago; one son, James (fiance Marlene McGrath) Otis, Edwardsburg, Mich.; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
