Foemmel’s Corners (16 December 1910)
Mrs. heck left last Thursday for a visit with relatives in Watertown.
Mr. Glover and Eldred Davis left Thursday for Marshfield and returned Sunday.
Mr. Oldenburg of Unity who was drawn on jury came up from Neillsville Sunday evening. He spent the night at Al Nonhof’s and left Monday for a few days stay at home.
The Mesdames Al Nonhof and P. M. Ross spent Tuesday of this week with Mrs. Henry Lawson.
Truman Davis hauled a load of wood to his brother Hale, Tuesday.
Mrs. Bertha Grade of Lynn is assisting Mrs. Frank Rogers with her household duties.
We made a mistake last week in saying that Ralph Rogers had spinal meningitis. Dr. Ross said he had symptoms of it, but it didn’t develop into that and at present is some better.
John Pietenpol has taken Lawrence Davis’ pony this winter for his children to drive to school.
Truman Davis and John Pietenpol have built a little stable at the school house for the ponies.
