Thos Stewart is quite sick again, suffering from the amputation of his leg last year. He has been bothered more or less every since.
Three young ladies have been married during the last two weeks. That is quite a record for this town. Miss L. Christenson was married to Mr. Olaf Gilbertson, Miss Rose Prust to Mr. Anton Schuster and this week Miss Grace Prust and Dan Cattanach were married in Marshfield. The best wishes are with all these young couple.
The heading mill was started on Tuesday of this week. It may be the last season of the company, as the proprietors have been looking up a new location in northern Clark and Rusk Counties. They have not decided on a point so far, but may do so in the near future.
The depot agent Mr. Heidelloff has a young dog that might make a good wolf dog someday, if you can believe all you hear about it.
The Chili Tattler, which had its first appearance Tuesday, will be published weekly. Let us hope for its growth.
Mrs. L. Culver is quite sick. Also Fred Morgan, who has been away from home part of the time, is reported to be quite sick.
