French, Gladys (Marriage –21 December 1910)
A pretty wedding was witnessed at Robert French Jr’s, south of Neillsville, Wednesday evening when their only child, Miss Gladys became the wife of George Beeckler, oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Beeckler of this place.
Rev. Postelwaite of Marshfield performed the sacred ceremony. The bridal pair was attended by Miss Vera Beeckler, sister of the groom and a Mr. Wightman, an intimate friend of the newly wedded pair. This happy couple after a short wedding trip to Oconto Falls, Milwaukee and Sheboygan will return to begin housekeeping in a new house built for them near the creamery which the groom operates at Sidney. George has married a very charming young woman and we know he is amply qualified to make her an ideal husband. We extend our heartiest congratulations and best wishes on this occasion.
