Foemmel’s Corners (30 December 1910)
Mr. and Mrs. Gerink, Mr. and Mrs. Alny were here several days last week on a visit to their cousins, J. W. and H. J. Pietenpol.
Al Nonhof and wife did shopping in Marshfield one day last week.
Stillman Huntley came home from the woods to spend Christmas.
Mr. and Mrs. John Breese spent Christmas Eve with their daughter and Christmas day with the latter’s sister, Mrs. Anthony.
Mrs. Heck returned from a several weeks visit at Watertown.
The Truman Davis and john Pietenpol families wee among those who ate Christmas turkey at J. M. Tompkins.
Geo. Frei and family, Herman Roehl and family spent Christmas at Ed Ackerman’s.
The Mesdames Kearny Davis and Bell Butterfield visited Mrs. Myron Osgood Tuesday.
Mrs. Rella Osgood entertained relatives Christmas Day.
Mr. Glover went to Marshfield Saturday a.m. and returned Monday a.m.
John Pietenpol is having his house lighted with Acetylene. A plumber from Marshfield did the work.
