Mr. and Mrs. Max Opelt and children visited at Hogenson’s in Granton one day last week.
The Ladies Aid meeting held at Mrs. J. Altenburg’s last Saturday was largely attended. The proceeds taken in were $5.30. Mrs. Chubb furnished some fine music on the piano.
Earl Brooks, who is teaching at Heathville, was home over Sunday.
C. Calliehan of Wausau was a business caller here last Saturday.
Little Marvel Feldmaier has been quite sick for a number of days this week.
Dr. C.L. Schultz was called to Cedarhurst last Monday for sickness.
Max Opelt and his father were business callers at Neillsville this week.
Frankie and Beatrice Brooks spent Saturday and Sunday under the parental roof.
Themo Luethe and his help brought a large load of eggs from Neillsville to Granton. 53 cases are to be shipped to Waterloo via Milwaukee Road.
H.B. Holmes took a load of grain to Granton the latter part of last week.
Mr. and Mrs. J. Altenburg and daughter Emma were business callers at Neillsville late last week.
Ruby Marten is reported on the sick list.
P. Gaden will give a mask ball at the Lynn Hall next Sat. night, the 17th. Supper served at the Lynn Hotel. Good music will be in attendance.
Mr. and Mrs. P. Gaden and Mr. and Mrs. John Martin, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Garbush attended the dance at Granton last Friday.
Hazel Washburn has been sick with an attack of bronchitis.
Mrs. Chas. E. Beeckler of Granton was canvassing our town with toilet articles and extracts last week.
Adolph Biel transacted business at Granton Tuesday.
