Mrs. Guy Matheson is here visiting relatives and friends.
S.M. Marsh left Tuesday for Milwaukee and other points in the southern part of the state.
S.A. Gearke is fixing up R. Braat’s tenement house for a hotel.
Willis Harriman is home for a week’s visit from the Lawrence University.
Mrs. Theo. Brameld entertained several lady friends at Bridge Whist Monday afternoon.
Edward J. Han of Marshfield was a Neillsville caller Monday.
Mr. H.W. Kirby and son went to Humbird the first of the week for a visit with her mother.
Will Bart leaves Saturday for Wausau to take the Civil Service Examination for stenographers.
Miss Katherine Mick entertained six lady friends last Thursday.
Mrs. Lena Schmoll, who is at the St. Joseph Hospital in Marshfield where she underwent an operation for a cancerous growth on her left breast some weeks since, is reported to be on the high road to recovery with promise to be home late next week.
