Kurth (27 January 1911)
Fred Keuer cut feed for Krause’s, Monday.
Mr. Prange came over to the Gluch factory after cheese boxes, Saturday.
August Sternitzky of Maywood, Ill., arrived here Friday on a visit to his friend Carl Loeffler.
Mrs. Ben Dudei is very ill with stomach troubles; Dr. Rath is in attendance.
Alfred Schnabel and Gus Holz have been hauling stave bolts to Granton the past week.
Wm. Schoengarth lost his dog last week. It seem that some parties who had their sheep killed last winter (by dogs they said) and had put out poisoned meats have begun operations again, Better read the law fellows.
Scott Davis’ dog was found dead on the road near Ayers’ one day last week. Must be he found a "bite" somewhere while following Mr. Davis’ team. It’s a shame to kill innocent dogs that way.
John and August Krause drove to Granton Tuesday.
Ernest Ayers is still busy harvesting ice.
August Gluch and family and Dan Gluch and family spent Wednesday afternoon at Granton.
