Chili (27 January 1911)
Chas Elchlepp has reopened his saloon this week. He had to take out new license.
The child of Sam Martin which was quite sick has nearly recovered.
J. W. Bailey is putting up ice for the summer. Otto Walter is going to do part of the work for him.
The father of Chas Cross who has a claim out west came over to visit with his boys. He married lately and brought his wife with him.
A number of young men from here took in the Masquerade at Lynn Saturday. They report a good time.
Loyal Jordan returned home Sunday from a several weeks visit at Ladysmith and Eagle River.
Sherman Davis and Chas Balke took home several tons of corn which they purchased of H. Henning.
Sleighing is getting punk!
